Customers may cancel their order for
any reason before the order is shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact our

is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the given Account
of any Bank.
After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it
cannot be canceled. However, customers can initiate a return following our
Return Policy.

Incorrect pricing due to typographical

Refunds for canceled orders will be

Depending on the customer's bank or
payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in the

be canceled once the order is placed, as production begins immediately.

Shipping policy:
We understand how important it is to
receive your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below
for clear information on delivery timelines and expectations.
Orders typically arrive within 3
business days after being shipped. Please note that this is an estimated
timeframe and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the
shipping method chosen.
Please ensure you enter the correct
shipping address at checkout . Once your order has been shipped, we cannot
change the delivery address.
Delivery Policy :
We normally despatch all
our orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products
throughout the world using our logistic partners DHL, Blue Dart, Speed Post,
and for domestic delivery using established Local Couriers depending upon the
destination. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take
about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.
The shipping time
mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them.
Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to
meet. Apart from the shipping time, in case the product has to be tailored to
meet the customers requirement, it shall need time for production, which varies
from 15 days to 20 days depending on the production requirement and quantity
ordered.
Domestic Orders:
The following conditions
are applicable for shipping within India.
No Free shipping unless
otherwise stated during an offering on the website.
Shipping charges as
applicable shall either be there on the site or intimated to the customer if
required at the time of placement of order.
Delivery Time: 9:00 AM –
5:00 PM (IST) during Business Days i.e., Monday to Friday only,
We appreciate our
customers buying during Holidays, and we make all efforts to ship the goods
during Holidays, but we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries during public
holidays.
Express shipping charges
would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for Express
shipping requests.
Request our customers to
plan their shopping & delivery in advance to avoid delays.
International Orders:
The following conditions
are applicable for shipping International Orders.
Shipping charges are
additional for international orders as applicable and shall differ from country
to country and service providers..
We will chose reputed
Shipping Service providers / Courier companies such as DHL / FedEx / TNT / DTDC
/ ICL / First Flight / Professional Couriers, etc. We have special arrangements
with a few the providers for giving the best shipping price to our esteemed
customers.
International Shipping
charges are at actual charges collected by the 3rd Party.
Express shipping
charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for
express shipping requests.
Mandatory Requirements
for shipping:
Customers are responsible
for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with
City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone
numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.
SSIL will make all
efforts to deliver your purchased items in minimum time possible, but we will
not be responsible for any Loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents,
mistake by shipping service provider.
SSIL shall and
cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping
information.
At the time of delivery,
if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get
in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their
office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to
security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so
please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk.
We do not take
responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier
companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not
available at the time of delivery.
Customs Duty: For
international deliveries, please note that the courier company would bill any
kind of customs or duties as applicable for the ordered items separately to the
customer at the time of delivery which will depend on the rules and regulations
of the country. The duties and taxes are not included in the price of the
product. Please note that, duties and taxes if any are to be borne be by the
customer only.
